It is the client's responsibility to submit accurate data and User Content. It is the client's responsibility to provide a photo that is clear, high in resolution and color quality, straight, and level. Render Dwell is not liable for any incorrect or incomplete information in User Content. Render Dwell is not responsible for photograph acquisition. Should a photo be obtained from a realtor, photographer, or any other party, please review the Data + Privacy section in our Terms + Conditions.
Client submissions, scale and dimensions, architectural style, and design team experience are used to create designs. Everything shown on the final rendering deliverables, as well as listed in the final Style + Specification Guide PDF, is a design suggestion. Colors, materials, furniture scale, and architectural elements shown are not guaranteed to be exact, and are for virtual representation and inspiration only. We cannot guarantee accurate portrayal of any of the aforementioned elements. The owner should test and sample all colors and materials prior to install or making changes to your home or building. Scale of furniture, fixtures, and equipment is for virtual representation only, and all dimensions should be field verified by the owner prior to purchase and install. Render Dwell is not responsible for services including purchase, installation, or coordination with contractors, dealers, or any other vendors.
Render Dwell begins the design process begins upon order submission. Render Dwell DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS ON ORDERS THAT ARE IN PROCESS. This includes both designs in process and those that have been completed and/or delivered. Please keep in mind that if we process a refund for any reason agreed upon, we will deduct 3% of the refund amount, or a minimum of $30, to cover our processing fees.
